I have been practising Yoga since 1979. This electronic book by esteemed Dhirendra Brahamchari will help Yoga practioners world wide to know more about this vibrant science in this global village better.
Provision of another book on Asanas (postures) will also benefit the Yoga enthusiasts.

You are correct. I actually compiled the book from the National informatics center from the Government website. You can check this website which has all the yoga asanas and shat karmas of Dhirendra Brahmachari.

This site by the NIS also has a section on Nabhi Kriya by Brahmachari.

I had just compiled the word document from the National Informatics Centre website. This is a government of India Website. This has the complete works of Brahmachari and also it has the Section on the Navel centre. I just copied the Sukshma Vyayama section. I think I will updated the word doc as well. Below is the link for the NIC website:
http://gist.ap.nic.in/
Click the ‘Traditional Sciences’ Section under ‘heritage india’
You get this site: http://gist.ap.nic.in/cgi-bin/tsc1/rtsmainfr.cgi
Select the topic ‘Medicine” then select ‘Yoga’ you will get all the information on yoga posted in this site.
This is an interesting site with lot of information on ‘Indian Sciences and arts’

There was another Book, “Yogasan Vigyan”.
Does any one know about that one. It was from the same Publication by Dhrendra Brahamchari.
Both these books were in Hindi as well as English.
